It is a given that doing yoga is beneficial for our bodies as well as our minds. However, sometimes the typical place of practice - such as the local gym - is not as conducive to relaxation as, say, a serene spot in nature would be. Of course it would be wonderful if we could practice in a beautiful, exotic location every time, but since that is not practical, why not settle for a close second - being surrounded by art that portrays such beauty? Join us whenever you feel the urge to relax and expand.

Dee’s life is a journey of teaching. As a certified school teacher, she has taught children at all grade levels, and is presently teaching adult fitness classes. Throughout this journey, Dee has nurtured herself with yoga. Yoga has taught her how to bring her body and life in alignment with her values, how to breathe and be grateful for breath, and how to be present, calm, and focused. Dee is a Yoga Alliance certified 250 hour Hatha Yoga instructor. Her classes are a mix of strength and alignment, with options for students at every level.
